At KayKyn & Co, we want you to feel confident and supported in every purchase you make. Because our products include digital downloads and personal‑care items, our return and refund guidelines are designed to protect both you and the integrity of our brand.


Digital Products (PDF Guides & Downloads)

All digital products — including PDF guides, routines, checklists, and downloadable content — are non‑refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered, it cannot be returned.

If you experience an issue accessing your file, please contact us at kaykyncollc@gmail.com, and we will ensure you receive your download successfully.


Skincare & Beauty Products

For the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns on skincare, beauty, or personal‑care items once they have been opened or used.

We may accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return, email us at kaykyncollc@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Approved returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the unopened product (if eligible) and place a new order.
